Vela VKE office is part of the evidence that Port Elizabeth is the Friendly City of South Africa. Their staff members give professional service with a  smile for their clients. Recent projects includes 50km of road construction between Cala and Lady Frere, the 800 mm diam, watermain pipeline from Motherwell to Perseverence over a distance of 8 km, roads and stormwater projects in Kleinskool and Kwanobuchle, rehabilitation of concrete roads in Bethelsdorp and services in the Coega development.

Office Head - Michael Coetzee

The office is headed by Michael Coetzee who has several years of experience specializing in the design, construction, contract administration and project management of Municipal Infrastructure Projects, including water reticulation system, water and sewer pump lines, sewerage reticulation networks, roads and storm water projects.

Besides the above Michael also have several years of overseas experience in Construction Management and Professional Project Management. He is an active member of the local SAICE, IMESA and ECSA branches. He enjoys playing a round of golf and squash.
